SwiftQuote – Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SwiftQuote iOS application ("App") operated by Stephen Harris ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

SwiftQuote is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
use the App for any unlawful purpose.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

SwiftQuote Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:

Subscription options: SwiftQuote Pro Monthly and SwiftQuote Pro Yearly. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges: Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Free tier: A free tier allowing up to 5 quotes per calendar month is available without a subscription.

3. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data in the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Stephen Harris and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephen Harris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
