SwiftQuote is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may use the App for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
SwiftQuote Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. By subscribing you agree to the following:
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
All content, trademarks, and data in the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Stephen Harris and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephen Harris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
